No consultation, report, recommendation, remedy, gemstone, mantra, yantra, ritual, donation, Vastu recommendation, or other astrological guidance provided through Shiv’s Astrology shall be construed as a guarantee of any specific event, prediction, success, financial gain, marriage, childbirth, recovery, employment, business outcome, legal result, or any other life outcome.
Actual results may vary depending upon numerous factors including, but not limited to, personal actions, free will, circumstances, environment, health, legal developments, financial conditions, and other factors beyond astrological analysis.
Clients remain solely responsible for all personal, professional, legal, financial, medical, matrimonial, investment, business, and other decisions made by them.
SECTION 7 – CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
Provide complete, truthful, and accurate information whenever requested.
Provide correct birth details, including date, time, and place of birth.
Submit consultation questions honestly and in good faith.
Cooperate throughout the consultation process.
Use the consultation solely for lawful purposes.
Respect the consultation process and maintain appropriate conduct during communications.
The Client acknowledges that the quality and accuracy of astrological analysis largely depend upon the accuracy of the information supplied.
Shiv’s Astrology shall not be responsible for any incorrect guidance resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or false information provided by the Client.
SECTION 8 – BIRTH DETAILS & CLIENT INFORMATION
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all birth details submitted to Shiv’s Astrology, including but not limited to:

Time of Birth
Place of Birth
Name
Contact Information
Any other information required for the consultation
If incorrect, incomplete, estimated, approximate, or inaccurate birth details are supplied, the consultation, horoscope analysis, recommendations, and reports may be affected.
Shiv’s Astrology shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or inaccurate birth information supplied by the Client.
If corrected birth details are submitted after the consultation or after the preparation of a report, Shiv’s Astrology shall not be obligated to revise or repeat the consultation or report without payment of applicable additional charges.
SECTION 9 – BOOKING OF CONSULTATIONS
Consultations may be booked through the Website or through any officially approved communication channel of Shiv’s Astrology.
A booking shall ordinarily be treated as confirmed only after:
Required information has been received;
Payment has been successfully completed (unless otherwise agreed); and
Confirmation has been communicated by Shiv’s Astrology.
Shiv’s Astrology reserves the right to refuse, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any booking at its sole discretion.
Submission of a booking request does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the consultation.
SECTION 10 – APPOINTMENT TIME
The appointment time communicated to the Client shall ordinarily be treated as the reporting time.
Clients are requested to be available and ready at the scheduled reporting time.
The actual consultation may commence approximately 30 to 45 minutes after the reporting time, or within a reasonable period thereafter, depending on factors including:
the duration of ongoing consultations;
technical difficulties;
unavoidable delays; or
other operational circumstances.
Shiv’s Astrology makes reasonable efforts to conduct consultations as scheduled and appreciates the Client’s patience and cooperation in the event of unavoidable delays.
SECTION 11 – CONSULTATION MODE & APPOINTMENTS
Consultations may be conducted through:

Audio Call
In-person (Offline)
Written Report
Email
Messaging Platform
Any other communication method approved by Shiv’s Astrology.
The mode of consultation shall be decided and confirmed by Shiv’s Astrology.
While online consultations are generally available, offline consultations are subject to the availability and sole discretion of Shiv’s Astrology.
Shiv’s Astrology reserves the right to determine the most appropriate mode of consultation depending upon the nature of the consultation, operational requirements, scheduling considerations, or any other relevant circumstances.
Appointment timings are allotted according to availability.
The Client agrees to remain available at the scheduled appointment time.
Delay by the Client may reduce the effective consultation time.
Failure to attend the consultation without prior notice may result in the appointment being treated as completed in accordance with the applicable Booking, Refund, and Rescheduling Policies.
SECTION 12 – FEES & PAYMENTS
The fees displayed on this website are indicative only and are based on standard consultations. In certain cases, after reviewing the Client’s question, documents, or consultation requirements, the final fee may be revised depending on the nature, complexity, time, or scope of the consultation. If the Client has already made an online payment, the amount paid shall be adjusted against the final fee, and any applicable balance shall be payable before the consultation, report, or service is provided. If the Client does not agree with the revised fee, the booking may be cancelled and the amount paid shall be dealt with in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.
All prices published on the Website are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Payment shall ordinarily be required before the consultation or delivery of any report or digital product unless otherwise agreed by Shiv’s Astrology.
Payments may be accepted through secure payment gateways, UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, net banking, international payment methods, or any other approved payment method made available from time to time.
The Client shall be responsible for:

bank charges;

Report preparation involves detailed horoscope analysis and therefore may require reasonable processing time.
Unless otherwise communicated, reports are generally delivered within the estimated time communicated during booking. However, delivery timelines may vary depending upon:
complexity of analysis;
volume of consultations;
additional information requested from the Client;
operational circumstances; or
any other reasonable cause.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and shall not constitute guaranteed deadlines.
Report Content & Scope
The report is prepared at the professional discretion of Shiv’s Astrology. It focuses on the most relevant observations, conclusions, and recommendations based on the Client’s concerns. Not every astrological factor or analysis may be included in detail, although all significant aspects are carefully considered while arriving at the final astrological opinion and recommendations.
Consultation reports are prepared exclusively for the Client for personal use.
Reports shall not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, resold, modified, commercially exploited, or shared with any third party without the prior written permission of Shiv’s Astrology.
SECTION 14 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS (E-BOOKS & DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT)
Shiv’s Astrology may offer digital products including, but not limited to:

Digital products are generally delivered immediately or within a reasonable time after successful payment.
The Client is responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that the downloaded files are stored safely.

commercially exploit; or
permit others to access
any digital product without prior written permission from Shiv’s Astrology.

SECTION 15 – ASTROLOGICAL REMEDIES, GEMSTONES & RECOMMENDATIONS
All remedies recommended by Shiv’s Astrology are based upon the individual horoscope analysis of the Client.
Depending upon the horoscope, recommendations may include, but are not limited to:

Yantras
Shanti or Havan rituals
Donations or charitable acts
Astro-Vastu recommendations
Spiritual practices
Lifestyle guidance
Other suitable astrological remedies
Recommendations are advisory in nature.
The Client acknowledges that:
not every Client requires astrological remedies;
not every Client is advised to wear gemstones;
more than one gemstone may be recommended in certain cases;
in some cases, no gemstone may be recommended at all.
A gemstone that may be beneficial for one individual may not necessarily be suitable for another.
Accordingly, gemstones should never be selected merely on the basis of zodiac sign, internet articles, videos, advertisements, recommendations by friends or relatives, or general assumptions.
Shiv’s Astrology strongly recommends proper horoscope analysis before wearing any gemstone.
Remedies and gemstones are intended to provide supportive astrological guidance and should not be interpreted as substitutes for personal effort, professional advice, medical treatment, legal advice, financial planning, or any other qualified professional service.
