Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Shiv’s Astrology, we strive to provide professional astrology consultation and personalized services. Please read the following policy carefully before booking a consultation.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and are communicated before confirmation of the appointment.
Payments
Payments are accepted through secure online methods including:
- UPI
- Google Pay
- PhonePe
- Bank Transfer (where applicable)
Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us as early as possible.
Requests will be considered depending on the consultation schedule and the stage of work already completed.
Refund Policy
Since astrology consultation involves time, expertise, analysis, and personalized preparation, fees paid for completed consultations or delivered reports are generally non-refundable.
However, if payment has been made and the consultation has not started, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Shiv’s Astrology.
Report Preparation
Personalized reports are generally delivered within 10 days.
Once report preparation has commenced or the report has been delivered, cancellation or refund requests may not be accepted.
Technical Issues
If a consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues from our side, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the consultation or provide an appropriate resolution.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from exceptional situations may be reviewed individually. Any decision regarding refunds shall remain at the sole discretion of Shiv’s Astrology.
