Yes, For this, you should share their correct birth details at the time of booking.
You can state the approximate time at which you were born. An accurate Kundali can still be produced using a tool called Birth Time Rectification (BTR) Method. By providing some information about you and dates of major life events (such as marriage, job appointment, property purchase, or accidents), the astrologer can trace back the exact birth time using reverse engineering.

However, offline consultations are subject to the availability and discretion of Shiv’s Astrology. If an offline consultation cannot be accommodated for any reason, the consultation will be conducted online. The decision regarding the mode of consultation shall remain at the sole discretion of Shiv’s Astrology.

The appointment time communicated to you should ordinarily be treated as your reporting time. While Shiv’s Astrology makes every reasonable effort to conduct consultations on schedule, the actual consultation may commence approximately 30 to 45 minutes later, or within a reasonable time thereafter, depending on the duration of ongoing consultations, technical issues, or other unavoidable circumstances. Requests to reschedule must be emailed at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, a 25% penalty fee applies.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please inform us as early as possible. Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability and our appointment policy. Failure to attend without prior notice may result in the appointment being treated as completed.
If a consultation has to be cancelled by Shiv’s Astrology due to unavoidable circumstances, you will normally be offered a suitable rescheduled appointment. However, if rescheduling is not possible or if Shiv’s Astrology decides not to proceed with the consultation for any reason, the consultation fee paid by you will be refunded in full.
No. This is a one-time consultation service and there is a strict no-refund policy once a call is booked or conducted.

Yes. Shiv’s Astrology reserves the right to modify or update the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, or other website policies at any time. The latest published version shall apply to future consultations and purchases unless otherwise stated.
